Last week I dropped by The Take Out, the newest restaurant in Fayetteville, WV.  I didn't realize they had a dine-in option and, although it's small, the energy was great in the place!  I ordered the special, a pork carnita rice bowl, which was delicious and the serving size enough to have seconds later in the day. It's a cool little place with energetic owners, determined to grow their business to serve the needs of a bustling town, especially when rafting season starts again.
